I bought a Pro Ebiz Mp3 player last December and i broke the screen this March. I emailed the company and told them about it and they asked me to send it in with $ 15.00 cash, i sent it to the pro ebiz Amazon Ware house instead of the Pro Ebiz company. I emailed Amazon and told them and they replied:
They are sending me the $ 15.00 and my broken Mp3 player.
They are also sending me the $ 47.50 (to my account) refund for the Mp3player i bought in December.
Do you think this was a mistake?
What should i do?
